Charlotte, North Carolina - Natalie Addis Norcross, age 45, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, at Levine & Dickson Hospice House at Southminster in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Born on May 8, 1980, in Torrance, California, Natalie was a loving wife to her husband, Carson A. Norcross, and an adoring and dedicated mother to their three sons: Hayden (15), Huntington (12), and Heston (7). Her boys were the center of her world, both her greatest joy and deepest pride. Among her final words was an affirmation of how much she loved them and how proud of them she'd always be.

Natalie's passion and creativity were evident in everything she touched. A natural business woman, gifted entrepreneur, and award-winning interior designer, she brought vision and excellence to each endeavor. In 2008, she combined her expertise in design and hospitality with her deep commitment to serving others to establish A Design Partnership, a public relations firm. Through innovative strategies and a client-centered approach, Natalie achieved remarkable success by helping businesses and individuals secure meaningful, high-profile press, and broaden their global reach. Natalie defied statistics and sold the company in 2025; it continues to carry her legacy today.

Natalie graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles in 2000. Upon graduation, she served for eight years as principal of Distinctive Design Company. Natalie's past firms garnered international attention and, among other accolades, produced a Natalie Norcross signature line of carpets, wallpapers, fabrics, bed linens and furniture. Both professionally and personally, Natalie prioritized philanthropic outreach, partnering with such organizations as Oxfam, Oceana, and Songs of Hope.

Natalie is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Addis, and she is survived by her husband and three sons; her mother, Shiela Addis and stepfather, Floyd Sackett, of Moorpark, CA; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Rena Norcross, of High Point, NC; her sisters, Tamara Temple of Ventura, CA, and Haley Chapman (Patrick) of Simi Valley, CA; her sister-in-law, Katherine Bisagni (Alessandro) of Hong Kong; and her nieces and nephews, Farryn Chapman and Faye Chapman; Grant Lawler and Nathan Lawler; and Arabella Bisagni, Keara Bisagni, and Giancarlo Bisagni.

Natalie lived her life with grace, intention, and unwavering love. She had a bright smile, unforgettably contagious laugh, and a way of inspiring hope and positivity in everyone around her. Deeply committed to her Christian faith, Natalie expressed in her final days that she found comfort in knowing she would soon be home with Jesus. Now, resting in His arms, her race has been finished and her battle won.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Natalie at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at New City Church with Pastor Chris Payne officiating. A visitation will precede the service at 9:30 a.m. Flowers in Natalie's memory can be sent either to New City Church (2500 Carmel Rd., Charlotte, NC 28226) or to the Norcross home (4528 Binfords Ridge Rd., Charlotte, NC 28226), and memorial donations can be made in Natalie's honor to the American Cancer Society.
