Natasha will shine forever in the hearts of the lives she touched. My prayers for her to be happy and in peace wherever she is.
The soul never takes birth and never dies at any time nor does it come into being again when the body is created. The soul is birthless, eternal, imperishable, and timeless and is never destroyed when the body is destroyed."" - Bhagavad Gita

When I first came to ASL, Natasha and her friends would always invite me to lunch and sit with me. She made room for me. I will always remember that kindness.

My deepest condolences to you and your family, my dear Kathryn.
I will always remember sweet Natasha for how kind, gentle, and loving she was. Seeing her at Nixon School is a memory I hold close. Her warm smile, her tenderness with the kids, and the sweetness that shone through in everything she did. She had such a beautiful spirit, and I feel so grateful that my kids and I to have known her.
May you find the strength to carry on with her beautiful memories, and may the love she gave continue to bring you comfort.

We grieve your devastating loss, Kathy and Ujj. We grieve for you, for Devan, and for everyone across the wide expanse who loved and cherished your beloved Natasha. We remember her fondly as a young child; she was all light and laughter. We cannot find the words to express our sorrow, but the outpouring of love for Natasha will always be there. It cannot be extinguished. Our hearts are with you and with your family.
When great souls die,
after a period peace blooms,
slowly and always
irregularly. Spaces fill
with a kind of
soothing electric vibration.
Our senses, restored, never
to be the same, whisper to us.
They existed. They existed.
We can be. Be and be
better. For they existed.

Natasha was at the heart of our high school orchestra for many years, through the rough and the smooth, playing music through it all. All my memories of Natasha are of her with her viola section, smiling, laughing, and encouraging each other. I remember moments outside of class sitting with Natasha through some tough times that called for faith and strength. We travelled as an orchestra, and had little adventures along the way, and many more laughs than tears. She was a young woman full of love, humanity, faith, and a wide-open heart that felt so keenly. I write today with deepest sympathy for the family, praying that you may be enfolded by the Love and peace that go so far beyond our own understanding.
