Nathan Thomas Obituary
Visitation will be Friday, July 18, 2025, from 4 PM to 6 PM at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa City. Graveside services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Galesburg Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Nathan Thomas Memorial Fund c/o PO Box 167, Iowa City, Iowa 52244.
Nathan was born June 25,1980 in Iowa City, the son of Norman and Diane (Lersch) Thomas.
He was a 1999 graduate of Iowa City City High School, where Nathan played football and wrestled. Nathan received his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in Business.
Nathan worked in sales with State Farm Insurance for twenty years.
He was an avid Hawkeye fan, especially football and wrestling. Nathan loved animals, both dogs and cats.
Nathan is survived by his mother, Diane and his brother Thad.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
