With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nathan Walter Valentine, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 65. Preceding in death of sister Dee Bagley and brother Terry Valentine.

Born on August 27, 1960, in Zanesville Ohio, Nathan grew into a man known for his kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for his family. He spent many years working as a dedicated truck driver before retiring, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and commitment to providing for those he loved.

For 12 loving years, he shared his life with his devoted partner, Rebecca Jean Valentine. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family.

Nathan was a proud father and step father to Brooke, Amy, Nathan, Amanda, Michael, Chad, Derek, Danielle (wife Brittney), and Helena. He was also a cherished grandfather to Colby Alan Walter and many other beloved grandchildren. Nothing brought him more joy than being surrounded by his children and grandkids.

He had a deep love for the simple things in life- drinking coffee, spending time outdoors, working on tractors, and cooking/ baking for those he cared about. He especially loved teaching his kids new things, whether it was life lessons, hands on skills, or sharing stories from his years on the road. He was always willing to lend a hand, offer advice, or be there when someone needed him.

Nathn will be remembered as a very friendly, loving man and a helpful friend to many. His prescence was steady, his heart was big and his love for his family was constant.

He is survived by his loving partner, Rebecca Valentine; his nine children and stepchildren- Brooke, Amy, Nathan, Amanda, Michael, Chad, Derek, Danielle (Brittney), and Helena; his grandson Colby Alan Walter; many other grandchildren; and countless friends who were blessed to know him.

Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the time we had with him. His lessons, laughter, and love will live on in all of us.
