Ned Clark Obituary

Ned served his country honorably spending twenty-one years in the U. S. Navy and retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer. After his active-duty service, he worked at Norshipco for twenty years, and at Currituck Elementary School for nine years.
Devoted to his wife and family, he was always willing to help his family and friends. He loved woodworking and spending evenings in the gazebo with his wife and dog, Petey.
He is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-eight years, Etta Elaine Clark; his children, Roy Clark (Kim) of Knotts Island, NC, Pam Howell (Steven), Kim Bowles, Julie Clark (Sally), and Beth Coulling (David), all of VA; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Ned was predeceased by his parents, five siblings, and his grandson, Dustin Wayne Howell, of Virginia Beach, VA.
No service is scheduled at this time.
Memorial donations may be made in Ned's name to Knotts Island United Methodist Church, 677 Knotts Island Road, Knotts Island, NC 27950.
