Sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Harter. First met him in 1958 when are family moved from Frazeysburg to Newark where my father was an employee of Park National Bank. Saw Mr. Harter at Kroger not to long ago and he still remember who I was. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and may GOD comfort this family in this difficult time. Ralph Howard, Jr.

I just wanted to pass my thoughts along ,I'm so sorry for your loss.I'd like you to know that I never had the pleasure of speaking with Ned but I always thought of him as ; Mr Park National Bank,to me that's who he was.Everytime I went to the downtown branch he was there.I watched him as he walked with a presence that made people take notice.I'm not sure why but I just liked seeing him there. Rip Mr Ned Harter,you will be missed...Prayers for the family...
