Nedda R Toro

Nedda Rosalina Toro (Maiden name: Heredia) of Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and Levittown, NY, passed away at NYU Langone Tisch hospital after a two and a half year battle with stage four liver cancer. Nedda was a loving wife, mother and sister. She was a kind and loving woman, always willing to offer a helping hand or advice to assist family and friends. She was the embodiment of the word Matriarch, inspiring great love and respect from all her friends and family.
Preceded in death by her son Ruben Jr., she is survived by her loving husband Ruben, son George, brother Antero, two sisters Debla and Neith and grandchildren Alexander, Jonathan, Ruth, Gabriel and Owen.
