Nehemiah E. "Nemo" Blackburn, age 37, of Norfolk, passed away on November 5, 2025, at UNMC. Nemo is survived by his mother, Tracie Mayberry; father, C. Harper Blackburn; brother, Nahshon Blackburn; sisters, Natasha and Courtnei Blackburn; his maternal grandfather, Melvin (Loreatha) Mayberry, Sr.; uncles, Melvin, Jr. and Eddie Mayberry; aunts, Brenda (Brad) Carmichael and Karla Blackburn; his children, Ne'Jeion, Ny'Onna, Dreyv'N, and Cameron Blackburn and Zadrian Mosley; nephew, Caiden B. Lillard; niece, Kalani Blackburn; as well as a host of many other aunts, uncles, lots of cousins, and friends that love him.
VISITATION will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICE will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
