Not only was Neil an accomplished pilot and aircraft mechanic, but a good neighbor and friend to all at the Gilbert International Airpark in Gilbert, SC. Times spent with him "on the pad" in the evenings beside the runway will forever be in our memories as cherished times. He will be sorely missed but fondly remembered!
