Margaret and I are saddened beyond words. We remember sitting with you and Ed Cantt in the choir loft of the old St. Lawrence and lifting our voices together (remember singing (as best we could) is praying twice)...and Neil and I joked we needed all the help we could get when it is our time to meet our Lord and Savior. Neil and I worked on numerous wood working projects together from plaques, coins and farewell gifts to simply splitting timber for the fireplace. We enjoyed Easter dinners together, shared ideas and always met in the middle (Neil's middle of course)...Although we met in church and became friends and he became a mentor for my adult life yet to be lived that ws based on his vast storehouse of knowledge and experiences that he freely shared. We may have disagreed about few minor somethings - but we always shared a beverage, enjoyed good music and always parted as stronger friends. I shared an email with him about his recent hospital stay and about our fervent prayers for his recovery and received his grateful response which we shall cherish until we all meet again on that beautiful shore...I shall miss him a lot. God bless you Neil and LInda. Friends for life. Tim and Margaret Brennan
