It´s been two years, but it seems like forever since I´ve seen you. I think about you every day. I miss your laugh and your sage advice, and mostly, just your presence. Mom is with you now; she missed you these last two years! My heart is aching for you both. I´m forever grateful for EVERYTHING, for your legacy.

I've known Neil since he joined Sandwell in the late 70's, he was respected by all and was a great person on a professional and personal level. I always sought Neils advice. We had a lot of great times together and I have many fond memories working with Neil

Neil was a very nice guy, with lots of laughs. I enjoyed the time I got to take care of him. You will forever be missed.
