Nellie's obituary was so meticulously written, spending time adding to it would serve no purpose. Yet, a few personal thoughts do germinate within. Nellie spent countless hours sitting with us in our den, reflecting on family - particularly her Bob and grandchildren - and tilting toward the future. Mostly, it was clear that we felt comfortable and safe with each other. This is absolutely the most meaningful tribute we can offer. But, also this: we both had John Deer tractors and we loved waving to each other, on those pleasant, sunny days on the street we all called home! A difficult loss. Cherished moments.
