My deepest sympathy for Carol and her family. David and I were very fond of Nelson and Carol. We have known them for years. So sad to hear of his passing.

My sincere condolences to the family. Nelson will always remain in many hearts. May Nelson rest in peace.

Dear Carol,
I was saddened to read of Nelson's passing this evening.
I recall the last time I saw you both was at Cindy's Restaurant in Portsmouth. I wasn't sure if you and he remembered me.
I'll never forget Nelson's dedication to the young people from St Mark Parish in Jamestown. He was truly an asset and he was an inspiration. I appreciated his involvement and his enthusiasm with the activities for the youth at. St Mark. He surely was missed by myself and many others when he left.
Carol and family, I am truly sorry for your loss and for everyone that knew Nelson. I'm sure God gladly welcomed him home!

Hello Carol - So sorry to hear of Nelson's passing. I remember the two of you many years ago when you were only dating and you and I were neighbors on Douglas Ave . The last time I saw Nelson he repaired my car after an accident quite a few years ago and he was so good and helpful. Take care and my condolences to your family as well. P.S. Hope you remember me. I lived 1329 Douglas and my dad was the barber near Fotarsky's Market).

Hi Carol, I am so sad to see the passing of Nelson! I was just thinking of him the other day!!! Nelson was one of the kindest persons I knew! Always there to help anybody! I was glad to have the pleasure of completing many renovations for you and him! I am besides myself right now and can't believe he is gone! I have lived in Florida now for 18 + Years and really do not get to go back to Rhode Island as much as I want. Nelson will be missed! I wish I could have seen him before he passed away!
