Dr. Carswell was my pediatrician from 1961 until I was in my early teens . After I started my family he treated my children and then my grandchildren . He always had a smile on his face when he would enter the room . He was a dedicated man / doctor to his patients. My deepest condolences thoughts and Prayers for the family. Heaven has gained another Angel.
