Nethaline Lillian Bottona
Nethaline Lillian (Stewart) Bottona, 89, of Winsted, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, at HavenCare at Litchfield woods nursing home in Torrington. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Bottona who passed away in 2011.
She worked at the Gilbert Clock Shop and Lambert Kay. She enjoyed camping with her children, playing bingo, and cooking for her family. Nethaline was born in Winsted on June 22, 1936, the daughter of the late Eddy and Loretta Stewart.
Our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You will be missed and forever in our hearts! Nethaline leaves behind to cherish in her memory four children: Gene Bottona of Winsted, Dave Bottona of Litchfield, Carol Gubetta and her husband Richard Gubetta of Winsted, and Dolores Bottona of Winsted; three grandchildren Jamie Bottona, Sarah Gubetta, and Christina Gubetta, and one great grandchild, Jason Bottona.
Funeral services will be held on October 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Winsted, the burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Condolences may be sent to WWW.Dunnfh.com.
