Neva Lowe

Born on August 19, 1908 in Zenith, she was a lifelong resident of Fort Valley. She worked at Herbert Jewelers for many years and was a member of Ft. Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Graham Phelan Lowe, Sr., a granddaughter Deborah Young Lamberth, and a daughter, Ruby Lowe Young.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her children: a son, Graham Phelan (Betty) Lowe, Jr., of Damascus, Georgia, a daughter, Susan (Bill) Alford of Albany, Georgia, and a son-in-law, Marshall Young of Fort Valley. Grandchildren: Marsha (Brad) Blalock of Fort Valley, Warren Young of Byron, Bernie (Kathy) Young of Destin, Florida, Stephen (Angela) Young of Byron, Mike (Kay) Lowe of Atlanta, Georgia, Mary (Seth) Perron of Aurora, Colorado, Allen (Piper) Lowe of Albany, Nancy (Tommy) Hooker of Brunswick, Julie (Shane) Law of Leesburg, and David (Kim) Alford of Albany. She also had 30 great grandchildren and 8great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Annelle Brown of Trenton, Florida.
