Nicholas M. "Nick" Advent

My heart goes out to Nick´s family during this time of unexpected tragedy. I had classes with Nick in high school and he was such a kind, intelligent young man. He was always willing to help others who were struggling and brightened every room with his smile. It was truly a privilege to know him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for the loss of Nick, he was the most kind hearted guy from Hudson. I remember struggling to play the cello with him in the school orchestra growing up, and I also remember he had the warmest smile. "When the spirit lives, the soul never dies." Rest easy Nick, we all love you!

Our son Brendan played high school soccer with Nick. He was as Brendan put it "one heck of a player & an all around great guy". We are so terribly sorry for your loss. We are keeping your family in our prayers.

This doesn´t feel real. I was Nick´s roommate just last year in Athens. We hung out every day at our house when classes were remote. He became a close friend of mine who I kept in touch with after graduation. Nick was so bright, compassionate, and honest. I will always cherish the memories we made. I will miss him dearly. My heart goes out to the Advent family.

Brian, Mary, Lucas, and Ellie, we were so shocked and heartbroken to hear about Nick's passing. You are all in our prayers. Words cannot describe the compassion we hold for you in our hearts.

We are so incredibly sorry for the loss of your beloved Nick. I personally remember him as a very sweet and sensitive young boy, and Nathan just cannot believe that his young boyhood friend is no longer here. You are in my personal prayers and Nathan´s thoughts at this very difficult time. Although I have not been a part of your lives, I am here to help or listen. I´m in the book as they say.
