Nick was my first lab assistant in Aviano and I loved having him as a student. I will always remember him. My deepest condolences to his family.

COL Nick Amodeo, a true family and people person, was a joy to work with in Saint Louis and our seat of government. His ability to investigate issues and provide explanations, frequently with scientific proofs, would affect a positive influence, mentorship and encouragement on his staff. He would illuminate ideas and forecast answers to challenging questions. He was a pleasure to know and work with.

MARIANNE QUINN wrote a sympathy message
"My dear friend Cathy, Nana Alice and the entire Amodeo family,
Nick was genuinely the best person I have ever met. Generous with his time and heart, he gave everything and asked for nothing in return. He lived his faith and set an example for the rest of us. You are in my prayers."
