Nicholas W. (Nick Baldwin

Nicholas W. (Nick) Baldwin of Little Rock passed away on Friday, September 19, 2008. He was born July 30, 1957, and graduated from Little Rock Catholic High School in 1976. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. N. F. Weny of North Little Rock, and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Baldwin of Little Rock, he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren (Bud) Baldwin of Little Rock, ten brothers and sisters: Warren Bud Baldwin, Jr., and his wife, Martha, of Fayetteville, James Patrick Baldwin and his wife, Dana of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Michael Baldwin, Benjamin Baldwin, Christopher Baldwin and his wife, Susan, Mimi Blackwood and her husband, Mark, of Fayetteville, Polly Medlock and her husband, Rick, of Arkadelphia, Kelly King and her husband, John, of Helena, Pauletta Andrews and her husband, J.R., and Rita Cunningham and her husband, Elijah, and twenty-four nieces and nephews. The family would like to give thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the University of Arkansas Medical Center for their kind and generous treatment and support to Nick and the family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at Our Lady of The Holy Souls Catholic Church, with Msgr. Royce Thomas and Deacon Bud Baldwin, Celebrants. Burial is private, for family only. A rosary will be Monday, September 22, at 7:00 p.m., with visitation following, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th, Little Rock (501-661-9111). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that consideration be given to the University of Arkansas Medical Center, 4301 W. Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, to Catholic High School for Boys, 6300 Father Tribou Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, or to the Salvation Army, 1111 W. Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
