It was a great pleasure to have met your Dad. He was a fine man and a true gentleman. I'm sure he will be missed by all of you. My sincere condolences.

Nick was a good man. I always liked seeing him at his desk through the years at the Beef house. He was part of the family and part of the memories I hold dear from that era in my life. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.
