Nicholas DiCarlo

Nicholas DiCarlo, age 91, of Galloway, NJ, beloved husband of Marjorie DiCarlo for 72 years, passed away peacefully at home on February 2nd surrounded by his family.

Nick was born on July 15, 1934, in Philadelphia, PA. Nick grew up in Collingdale, PA, and once he met the love of his life, they spent time in Philadelphia, Wildwood, Sewell and Galloway NJ. He had many jobs throughout his career including TV repairmen, Videographer, Hotel Manager. He was self-employed in everything he did in life, but his true passion was being a husband and father to his 8 children.

In addition to his beloved wife, Marjorie, Nick is survived by his six children and their spouses, Doreen DiCarlo and Steve Wilson, Denise DiCarlo, Yvonne (Casey) Crowley, Maria DiCarlo, Marjorie DiCarlo, Frank (Therese) DiCarlo. Also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his brother George, his son Nick, and his daughter Michele.

The family would like to thank the Health Hospice Care team of NJ for the love that they showed Nicholas in his last month of life and the wonderful care they showed him and the family.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, February 17th from 10:30 – 11:15 AM at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Road, Sewell, NJ 08080, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Manahath Cemetery, Glassboro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Nicholas' name to the NJ Health Hospice and Palliative Care Unit, 415 W. Landis Avenue, Suite 100, Vineland, NJ 08360
