Nicholas Andrew Golda, of Grosse Ile, Michigan, passed away May 11, 2025. Beloved son of Jacqueline and Michael Golda. Cherished brother of Lindsey (Matt) Nagorski, and Michael (Kaitlyn) Golda II. Loving boyfriend of Amanda Hoffmeyer. Proud father of Adaline Rose and Wyatt Arthur. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Nicholas was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed adventuring, such as fishing and boating. He strived to take care of his aquarium. He played the guitar and loved music, especially country music. Nicholas was a sharp intelligent young man, had a desire to understand behaviors and people, and always put others before himself.
He enjoyed trying new things and pushed others to do the same. He would always make gatherings into a family event to get everyone together. Nicholas loved a good debate and was very lucky, especially when it came to playing poker. He cherished his rescue Pitbull, Tia.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Nicholas to Melanoma Research.
A memorial gathering will take place at The Ridge Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes on Friday, May 23, from 2 pm until 8 pm. The memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 24 at 11:30 am.
