Nicholas James Parton

Nicholas James Parton, age 19 of Sevierville, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 following an automobile accident. He was a 2007 graduate of Pigeon Forge High School and a member of First Red Bank Baptist Church. Nick knelt at his grandparent’s fireplace hearth and accepted the Lord as his personal Saviour. All who knew him saw the evidence of his faith. He lived every day of his life to the fullest and is loved beyond any measure which mere words can express. Funeral service 7 PM Friday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Merritt officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Saturday in Mattox Cemetery for interment.
