Richichi, Nicholas
ALBANY - Nicholas L. Richichi, 92, passed away peacefully, on December 7, 2024, at St Peter's Hospital in Albany, N.Y.
Born May 28, 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Francesco and Carmella Richichi.
Nicholas worked as a master electrician in which he owned and operated Advance Electric Service, for 49 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed jogging, handball, swimming, traveling, vacationing with his family, and was also an avid golfer for all who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Cathy; sons, Joseph (and his wife, Sarah) and Carman (and his wife, Maryanne); daughter Gina; four grandchildren: Angie, Maria, Michael, and Nicole; four great-grandchildren: Evan, Jack, Lena, and Nellia.
He is also survived by his brother, Rudy; and sisters, Gina and Mary. In addition, he was predeceased by his son, Nicholas.
Those wishing to remember Nicholas in a special way may make memorial contributions to Community Hospice Foundation, 310 Manning Blvd., Albany, N.Y. 12208.
Cremation Arrangements were entrusted to Simple Choices, Inc., 218 2nd Avenue, Troy, N.Y. 12180.
