Nicholas Anthony Sarauer, 36 of Altoona, WI. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 24th, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health in Eau Claire, WI.
Nicholas was born on April 14th, 1987 to Mark and Becky (Smith) Sarauer at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Nick grew up in Chippewa Falls.
Nicholas is survived by his partner Nichel Andersen; children Cameron, Landen and Holley Sarauer; parents Mark A and Becky S. Sarauer; a brother Alex Sarauer; maternal grandparents Carol Smith and Harold (Rosa) Smith and also by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Melvin and Mary Ann Sarauer; aunt Lanita Sarauer and uncles Terry Smith, Dave Taylor and Dennis Geissler.
A Prayer service will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, January 11th, 2024 at the Leiser Funeral Home with Rev. George Olinske officiating.
Inurnment will be in the Brooklawn Cemetery
Cadott, WI. at a later date.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00pm until the time of service 4:00pm at the Funeral Home.
