Send FlowersNick Dwight Hager, 60, of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025.
Born on Oct. 26, 1965, in Elkhart, he was a graduate of Elkhart Memorial High School and later worked in receivership with Dave Carter Associates.
Nick is survived by his mother, Dorothy; his daughters, Taylor Pajor and Paige Hager; his siblings, Natalie and Jewel; and the mother of his children, Michael. He was preceded in death by his father, Pastor Jewell Hager, and his sister, Cindy.
Nick loved being a dad and shared daily "bad jokes" with his girls. He enjoyed IU sports, fishing, cooking, history, movies and time with his cat, Kali.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at Cruz Family Funeral Home, with services at 3 p.m.
