Nicky Herring

Nicky “Pee Wee” Herring, age 66 of Fordyce died Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at his home. He was born March 4, 1960 in Fordyce, Arkansas. He was a retired mechanic for Dallas County Road Department. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Herring and Elva Watson Herring; four brothers, Ricky Herring, Wesley Herring, Danny Harker, Jimmy Harker; and one sister, Carolyn Smith. He is survived by his wife, Amy Herring of Fordyce; one son, Adam (Kyria) Herring of Hope Mills, NC; one daughter, Angie Smiley of Warren; one brother, Arnold Harker of Fordyce; three grandchildren, Haven Herring, Christan Smiley and Patrick Smiley, Jr.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Morning Meadows Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 398, Fordyce, Arkansas 71742. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Wheeler Cemetery with Rev.
