Nicole "Nikki" Jan Fouliard, 57, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on November 8, 2025 surrounded by loved ones in a skilled nursing facility.
Graveside service will be held at Green Acres Cemetery on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 10am with Rabbi Mendy Deitsch of Chabad of the East Valley.
Nicole was born in Torrance, California to Sheila Freed née Morris on March 18, 1968. She went to high school at Dobson High School and graduated in 1986. She went on to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Franklin Pierce School of Law. She worked as a Guardian Ad Litem for the State of New Hampshire. She enjoyed singing, theater productions, scrapbooking, and attending her children's hockey games. She received the MS Mother of the Year award in 2000, and was involved in volunteer work with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and National Organization for Women.
Nicole is survived by her son, Bretagne Fouliard of Phoenix; daughter, Alexandria Fouliard of Jonesboro; brother Stacey Freed of Gilbert; sister Rebecca Ravencroft of Baltimore; sister Melissa Danielson of Mesa; niece Moira Overly of Baltimore; nibling Willow Overly of Baltimore; and nephew Zander Overly of Baltimore. She is preceded in death by her mother Sheila Freed, father Martin Freed, grandmother Sybil Morris, and grandfather Samuel Morris.
Donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Valley of the Sun J. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of Citrus Heights Respiratory and Rehabilitation for the care they gave Nicole. Nicole will be remembered for the happiness she brought her family, friends, and community.
