Nick and his family introduced me to Greek cuisine, which led me to an interest in Greek culture and the eastern Church. I am now an Orthodox Christian. I never knew him personally but his impact on my life was significant. May his memory be eternal.

When I walk into the restaurant and felt how beautiful this family restaurant was a smile went a long way and you felt important as family
