Nina La Nelle Green, 66, of Gainesville, Texas passed away October 17, 2025 at Medical City Dallas of Dallas Texas. She was born on January 26, 1959 in Gainesville, Texas to Franklin Clair and Lois Marie (Blakely) Liedtke.
La Nelle attended Gainesville High School and San Marcos Academy in San Marcos, Texas. As a child, she attended Grand Avenue Baptist Church where she was baptized. La Nelle was also in the church choir and played softball for several years. She loved taking dance classes and was a member of the dance teams in Jr. High School and GHS.
La Nelle had a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. She enjoyed arts and crafts, bargain shopping and playing the Wahoo board game. She loved her girls dearly and always enjoyed spending time with them. La Nelle is deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
La Nelle is survived by her daughter Courtney LeAnn Green of Ardmore, Oklahoma. Granddaughters; Bryanna Wesson, Abby Green and Ella Johnson of Ardmore, Oklahoma. Sister Viki Giddens and husband Robert of Bedford, Texas; as well as nieces and nephews and aunts and uncle.
She was preceded in death by her father Frank Liedtke, mother Lois Liedtke, sister Pamela Womack and brother Billy Liedtke.
