Nina B. Jones

Mrs. Jones, 81, of 512 Webber Street, Shelby, NC passed away Sunday, July 12, 2007 at her home. A native of Bandana, NC she was the daughter of the late Jeter Buchanan & Maude Howell Buchanan. In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her husband James Lee Jones & two sisters. She retired from the Sackville Mill and was a homemaker and member of Crestview Baptist Church.Mrs. Jones is survived by a son Michael L. Jones & wife Kimberly of Winston-Salem, NC, a daughter Susan Edwards and husband Burl of Shelby, Sisters, Gladys Hall & Marilyn Owensby of Marion, SC, Betty Buchanan of Bandana, NC, and brothers Bill Buchanan of Charleston, SC, and Jim Buchanan of Marion, NC. Mrs. Jones grandchildren are Alex Jones, Phillip Jones, Angela Bumgardner & Josh Edwards.Funeral services will be conducted by the Revs. Stan Webb & Mel Campos of Crestview Baptist Church.
