Mrs. Nina Monique Roberson passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 due to medical complications at the age of 44 years. She was born September 14, 1981 the daughter of Sheila Clanton and Gregory Brothers in Chicago, Illinois.

She lived in Chicago with her mother and siblings until she was 6 years old. Nina then moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin with her mother and brothers, where she enrolled in school and had excellent grades.

Nina had a very eclectic taste in music enjoying many different genres. She loved to dance and was very good at it. Her love for music and dancing was passed down to her children. She started dating Demarcus Roberson when she was only 18 years old. They were blessed with two children, Demarcus, Jr. and Demontae. Years later she met Michael Walker and they shared two children, Na'Kiya and Michael, Jr. Nina and Demarcus reconnected in 2012, they were joined in Holy Matrimony in 2015 and purchased their first home for the family and she was very excited about it.

Nina was a very beautiful, strong, determined, energetic, upbeat, funny and positive woman with a beautiful smile that could light up a room. She would always stay positive about every situation; but as we all know, she could be and would get sassy, hot headed and could be very serious when she needed to be. She loved and cared deeply for her mother, siblings and especially her husband and children.

Mrs. Nina Monique Roberson leaves to cherish many memories, her husband, Demarcus Roberson; four children, Demarcus, Jr., Na'Kiya Walker, Demontae Roberson and Michael Walker, Jr.; brother, Jermaine (Sheree) Clanton; nephews, Izaiah and Zaiden Clanton; other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Roberson was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Navarro-Lord; brother, Gregory Navarro; sister, Stephanie Navarro; grandmother, Carrie Mae Clanton.

Funeral service will take place at 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025 at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607. Pastor Ernest L. Reed will officiate.
