Nina S. Ware

Nina was a dear friend thru high school. Her warm heart and beautiful voice will remain in my heart forever. After more than 40 years of not seeing one another she came to my father´s memorial service. I never had a chance to tell her how much that meant to me, but that was Nina, always thinking of others. My condolences to Joan, her sister and to Christopher her son and their families. Hold fast to all the wonderful memories and celebrate the time we had with each other.

I don´t know where to begin. Met Nina during a bus tour in East Berlin, summer of 1976. She always treated me like family. We always got together when I came back home to Bethlehem. Her home was always so nicely arranged with so many friends and family over the years. We often drove down to Raubsville overlooking the river at a favorite tavern for supper. She loved any atmosphere with different people around. So many memories of Thanksgiving when I could drop by her house to find her parents and sister´s family around her table. The warmth was always infectious. I will miss her always!

Nancy and I send our condolences to Nina's family. Nina with the beautiful voice and the generous heart will always be a part of my most treasured memories of Liberty High.

Condolences are kindly offered to the family of Nina Skidas Ware on behalf of Bethlehem's Liberty High School Class of 1965. She will be included in our Memorial Remembrance at our 60th Class Reunion on September 19, 2025.

Our heartfelt condolences to the families of Dr. Chris Ware; SON, Joan Nicrone; SISTER and Cousins; Athene and Paul Blow, families of Stephen Compos and Jamie and Tony Covino. Memories of Nina are as sweet as her voice when she starred as Maria in ` Sound of Music´ High School musical and Bethlehem Bach Choir.
