Nobuko A. Meadows passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025, in Port Orange, Florida. She was born on February 3, 1940, in Yokohama, Japan.

In January of 1969, she married Larence R. Meadows and moved to the United States to begin a new chapter of her life. Together they built a family that brought her great joy and pride.

Nobuko is lovingly remembered by her children: Larence E. Meadows and his wife, Eva Seldon, and Salina Y. (Meadows) Miller and her husband, Clarence A. Miller. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Larence A. Meadows, Chad R. Meadows, Joshua A. McAnaw and his wife Erin McAnaw, and Jacob A. Miller; as well as her great-grandchildren Hailey Meadows and Madeline McAnaw.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larence R. Meadows on August 23, 2022 and her son, Stephen L. Meadows, on August 5, 2021.

Nobuko found joy in many simple pleasures throughout her life. She loved sewing, playing cards, traveling, cooking, spending time with friends, and cherishing moments with her family.

Her warmth and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
