Noel was born on June 4, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Noel was a resident of Vienna, West Virginia at the time of passing. After graduating from Parkersburg High School, Noel volunteered to serve in the US Army and was stationed in post-war Germany. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 1 st from 1:00-3:00 p.m. followed by a funeral at 3:00 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in Vienna with Pastor John Lowther officiating.
