Nora Mae Williams, age 85, of Casey Illinois, passed away peacefully at her home on September 27, 2025, surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Geneva Boyd, and her sisters, Judith Waller and Juanita Remlinger.

Nora is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, William "Bill" Williams. Her sister Glenda Letner (Russ) of Lakeland, FL. She leaves behind her children, Ron Williams of Casey, Illinois, and Sheryl Hargis (John) of Charleston, Illinois; her grandchildren, Hank Hargis (Rebecca) of Ruidoso, New Mexico, and Amie Shaffer (Caleb) of Charleston, Illinois; and her great-grandchildren, Audie Shaffer and Charlotte Hargis.

Nora was born in Casey, Illinois, on February 11, 1940. A faithful member of Willis Chapel and Casey White Oak, she lived out her faith in service to others. She was deeply involved in her church community, teaching Sunday school, helping with church camp, singing in the choir, and even participating in a missionary trip to Mexico. Her kindness, dedication, and love for her family and faith will be remembered by all who knew her.
