Noretta HIll Obituary
Per her wishes she will be cremated, and no services are being planned. Her survivors include one son, James (Corinne) Hill of Washington State, one daughter, Leigh (Michael Fanning of Estill Springs, Tennessee, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and all of her extended family at Legacy Health and Rehab Center.
