Norine E. Myer

Effie was a true pleasure to be around. She was kind, caring and loved any and all visitors. She was always so grateful for her awesome birthday cards and beautiful flower arrangements delivered by friends and family, and when she received either, you were told to go in her room and look at them for weeks. We all celebrated many birthdays and holidays with her, and each one brought her more joy and happiness that she felt in her entire heart. She truly loved her family and, "all you girls," as she would say to us. Her constant smile and just pure, loving personality will be deeply missed at Luther Acres. Be at peace, Effie, you deserve nothing but eternal happiness.
