Norma Joyce Maloney, 93, of Vernon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 6, 2026, at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Born September 2, 1932, in Concord, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Flora (Linscott) Miniutti.
Norma dedicated many years of service to the State of Connecticut, working in Information Technology for the Department of Labor. She approached her work with diligence and quiet dedication, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
Above all else, Norma was a warm and loving mother who cherished her family beyond measure. Her greatest joy in life was the time spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, steady strength, and the unwavering love she gave so freely.
Norma will be forever loved and remembered by her son, Michael Maloney and his wife, Doreen Maloney; her daughter, Pamela Dunne; as well as numerous other extended family members and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband.
Care of private funeral arrangements has been entrusted to the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home of Manchester.
