Norma Milligan Obituary
Born in Bruceton, TN, she was a daughter of the late Johnny Clifford Wright and Mary Malinda Grissom Wright. She was a member of Hickory Road Baptist Church for many years. Norma loved music, crocheting, and reading the Bible. She loved to sing and dance and had a contagious smile and laugh.
Surviving is a son, Ret. Col. Ricky L. Milligan (Carol); two daughters, Tereasa M. Jones (J.C.) and Rhonda J. Milligan; one brother, Edward Wright; three sisters, Hazel Marshall, Lois Kee and Rachel Reed; 9 grandchildren, Lacy Posadas (Brent), Capt. (USAF) Wesley P. Bryant (Katy), Jessica Pomichalek (Craig), Crystal McManus (Bryan), Cami Atkinson (Cory), Hunter Dolina (Kevin), Capt. (US Space Force) Peyton C. Milligan (Heather), TSgt (Kansas ANG) Kyler J. Milligan, and Erica Milligan; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Ron Taylor officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. Sunday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Hickory Road Baptist Church, 1245 Cherryvale Drive, Sumter, SC 29154.
