Left to cherish her memories is her sons: Jose Miguel (Susana) Palacios & Julio (Neida) Palacios Jr.; her daughter: Ivanelle (Jose Angel) Guerra; her sister: Gloria Hernandez; her grandchildren: Andrea A. Palacios, Briana N. Palacios, Gilberto R. Guerra, Julio E. Guerra, Julio D. Palacios, Clarissa C. Palacios, Veronica L. Palacios; her great-grandchild: Dominic J. Palacios.
As per the wishes of Mrs. Norma Irene Palacios, all services will be private as per her request.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.

We are deeply sadden, to learn of Tia Norma passing, we just found out recently, we will remember her as a wonderful wife , deciated to her Husband Julio, until his death, always by his side, wonderful, mother and grandmother, she is now reunited with the love of her life. Rest in Peace. Eduardo, Dianna Garcia, and family
