My deepest condolences to the Family of Norma Swanson. I have thought fondly of her and the entire family through the years. She was like a second mom to me when Janelle and I were growing up before we moved. Both Norma and the Family, and many friends will be in my thoughts and prayers on Sunday. She was a very special Lady.

I never met Norma Swanson personally, but I feel a kinship with her based on the beautiful letters she wrote to the Benson County Farmers Press. Based on the letters, she seemed like a loving, just, caring person who walked "humbly with (her) God." My condolences to her family.
