Our thoughts and prayers are the family of Norma. Norma will be missed by many of us, her neighbors. She was such a sweet person always asking me when I was going to write my story every time I seen her, whether at the pool or at the HOA dinners. Rest in Paradise sweet Norma! Judy and Roger

Norma will be missed dearly by many. Condolences to her extended family & friends. Norma was always telling us stories. We became quick friends. Norma and my late husband were Scrabble buddies. I will miss singing with Norma at our community events. Rest in Peace my fair Lady.

Ms. Norma was one of the first residents in Starlight Ranch to welcome me when I moved into the park in March, 2003. It was the first time I had ever lived by myself and I was terrified each day. I was just coming home from the hospital and could barely walk by myself, so I stayed inside. One day, I heard a woman singing in the distance and I had to find out who had such a lovely voice. I hesitated going out but the voice was like an angel telling me to come, so I went out and found that it was coming from the pool area. I cautiously made my way across the field to the pool and was welcomed by Ms. Norma. We became friends, found we both loved Scrabble, singing and swimming. Each day I became more sure of myself and learned to enjoy life again. On the weekends, when Albert came up, he and Ms. Norma would sit and talk about everything, then Sundays found us in church, both involved with music and our love of God. I made an online friend when I became the go-between for Ms. Norma and her sister, Lois. She sent email, I printed and delivered it to Ms. Norma. It brought smiles to her face each time she received info from Lois. Then Ms.Norma decided to become a US citizen. I went with her to the office to prepare the paperwork and several more times, I delivered paperwork to that office, saving her a trip and wasted hours waiting for assistance, as the handicapped are serviced right away. God has taken my friend, but I know it will not be long as "A Great Day is Coming, Heaven's gates will open wide, and all who love the Lord will enter in, And join with our loved ones, who in Jesus Christ have died, Our eternal life in heaven will begin. And the Lord Himself will greet us, Oh what joy will fill that day, When with a smile of the proudest Father, He looks at us and says, "Welcome Home Children, This is the place I've prepared for you." written by a family friend, Adrian Desilets. I'll miss you, Ms. Norma, but you are in the better place -- Hope I see you soon!! Love, Bett

Deepest sympathy to Norma's family and many friends. She will be missed by so many. She always had a smile, many stories and such a witty sense of humor. May she rest in peace and enjoy all the heavenly rewards that await her.

I will certainly miss having you join us in the choir on Saturday nights at Blessed Trinity. You always dressed beautifully and only had kind words to share and stories to tell. RIP

Norma was one of the first people to introduce herself and welcome me when I joined the St. Margaret Mary choir in 1997. For 20 years I've been blessed with her smile and warm greeting. Norma, I love you and will miss you greatly. The heavenly choir is now blessed with a new angel. Enjoy your wings.

I shall miss you, Norma, at mass and in life itself. I was honored to have taught some of your children. Your presence at daily mass at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church was such a blessing and a witness to us all. May you be in God's holy presence for all eternity!
