Norma Jean White, 85, passed on her 66th wedding anniversary, Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Lutheran Life Villages. Born in Greencastle, IN, Norma had been a member of Calvary Third Presbyterian Church and currently of United Faith Presbyterian Church and also a lifetime member of Presbyterian Women's Association. She is survived by her husband, Jean; sons, Michael (Donna) of Phoenix, AZ, Greg, Jeff (Carolyn), Brian (Debera) and Doug (Jennifer), all Ft. Wayne; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Vilda Sutherlin of Iowa City, IA and Jane Rose of Brazil, IN; and her beloved dog, Toby. Norma was preceded in death by parents, Orville Sutherlin and Otis and Florence Bell; brother, Robert Sutherlin; and Infant son, Mark Douglas in 1952. Funeral service is 10 am, Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave. with calling one hour prior. Pastor Hal Thomas officiating. Calling also from 5 to 7 pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to Lutheran Life Villages Foundation, Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home or Alzheimer's Association.
