I had the pleasure of coaching Norman for 3 years at NWC. He was a wonderful person and a lot of fun to watch play. He and his teammates were a great group of young men and very enjoyable to work with. Far too soon for Norman to be gone. My condolences to his family.

I have to say some of my fondest memories of NWC was watching Norm play ball. Electrifying I close my eyes and can picture him dunking on just about everyone. He was also extremely humble always had time for others. Every time I saw him he had a smile and nothing but kind words. World needs more people like. Rest In Peace.

I´m sadden to hear that Norman Bailey has passed on, I enjoy just being in his presence , he had a true gift for making others feel special and now the world is a little darker without his light.
Norman always had a boyish grin on his face, a true optimist, he was a real-life gentle giant who made everyone around him feel safe. Not only was he a legend on the court, but also among us at work.

My condolences to the family and friends. I had the pleasure to work with Norm. He was one that others and I could count on in defusing situations by his presence alone. I never felt it was his physicality; it was his character of justice, righteousness and love for the community he served and colleagues he worked with. Rest in Peace with our Heavenly Father brother Norm.
