I met Norm the first day I went to work for Miami Citizens bank. I worked for, with, and around him for many years. He was as straight talking, forward thinking, and humble man as I ever met. It was fun watching him advance himself and the bank. He was a good man and I am lucky to have known him.
I send peace and love to his family.
