Norman Lemont Donegan

Norman Lemont Donegan, Also known AKA "CHARMER" was born on May 28, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pa to the Late Willie Mae Foxworth and Frank Donegan. He started his childhood education in Ocean City,NJ before coming to Bayonne where he went to Roosevelt grammar school and Bayonne high school vocational. Norman worked various jobs but is Main Job was working for New York State, Institute for basic Research in Development Disabilities as a Safety Officer from 1983 to 1994. In 1994 he came to work in the office of Laboratory Safety and training, where he was HAZMAT trained. He also worked as a night watchman at Crazy Eddie's and later Cisco as well as a safety officer at Willowbrook State School Earlier in life Norman joined The Creators in 1964 with his Friend/Brother, the late Dave Watt, then became the Adlibs with the famous hit,
"The boy from NY City".Norman departed this life on December 23,2022 He leaves behind to cherish his memory His son, Frank Taylor(Jackie), Daughter, Adele Beatrice Donegan 2 Grand daughters Madison and McKenzie Taylor, God Daughter Dolores ("Cha Cha") Watt and two very special Friends Jeffrey Chambers and Bob Lane along with a host a various friends and extended families.
