Norman Anthony Dorhan Sr.

Norman Anthony Dorhan, Sr. Departed this life Friday, August 26, 2022 at the age of 63.
Norman was born to Edward and Norma Dorhan on January 6th, 1959, in Chicago, IL.
In 1972, Norman s family moved to Arkansas, where Norman lived until the time of his departure. He attended Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, AR. Upon graduation in 1977, Norman attended Pulaski Technical College where he studied HVAC. He had a successful career in heating and air conditioning.
However, Norman s greatest passion was music. He could play several instruments, but he loved the guitar. You could catch Norman, in his free time, strumming away on a blues song! He played in several local bands and was a deejay at one point.
Norman is preceded in death by his mother Norma L. Dorhan
Left to cherish his memory are his father, Edward R Dorhan Sr. Wife Carolyn Dorhan. His children: Carletta (Phillip) Miller, Rachel Poe, Norman A Dorhan Jr. Brothers: Michael Dennis, Edward Dorhan Jr, Vernon Dorhan, and Marlon Dorhan. 7 grandchildren, 1 nephew, 1 niece, and a host of family and friends.

Services are to be held Saturday, September 3, 2022. Visitation 10:00am. Service to follow at 11:00am at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment at Arkansas Memorial Garden following service.
