Norman Pope Earley, 93, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025, in Kearns, Utah. He was born January 25, 1932, in Garden City, Utah to Franklin Busby Earley and Velma Celeste Pope. He married Frances Estelle Rose, February 20, 1953 in Puerto Rico and sealed in the Mesa Temple in, Mesa, Arizona on June 24, 1960.

Norman led a full and varied life, accomplishing many different things. He moved to San Diego when he was young traveling from Garden City with his parents. As a young adult, he served in the Air Force as a tail gunner. He received the National Defense Service Medal, July 31, 1953, and the Good Conduct Medal, March 27, 1954. He was honorably discharged on December 10, 1954, having served 4 years, and achieving the rank of Airman Basic. He worked for many years in Supply and Logistics for various companies. He also served as the coordinator for the Dallas Welfare Region for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, watching the news on politics, and speaking to anybody who would listen about his life's experiences.

Survived by: He is survived by his children: Wanda Dianne Burbridge, Sterling Lloyd Earley, and Jackie Norman Earley; and by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: He was predeceased by his wife, Frances Estelle Earley, his parents Franklin Busby Earley and Velma Celeste Pope, his siblings Eugene Franklin Earley, Grant Pope Earley, and Leon Pope Earley.

Service Information: Graveside service open to friends and family, no reception or viewings are offered at this time, military honors will be rendered, December 2, 2025, at 1:00pm, Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065. Flowers may be arranged through Serenity Funeral Home at www.serenityfhs.com.
