Norman Edward Ebert, a cherished member of the community and a devoted family man, passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on January 11, 1942, in Palatine, Illinois, he led a life filled with meaningful contributions to both his profession and his family.
Throughout his career, Norman was involved with Spraying Systems, where he dedicated his expertise and passion. His professional life was marked by a commitment to quality and service, traits that also defined his personal relationships.
Norman was not only committed to his work but also to his community, being an active member of the Barrington Masonic Lodge #522, Scottish Rites, and Shriners. His dedication to these organizations reflected his character and willingness to serve others.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Patricia Sue Ebert, and their children: Norman Ebert(Audrey), Brian Ebert(Jessica), and Katherine Bailey. He was a proud grandfather to Ashley Ebert, Anthony Ebert(Danielle), Tyler Ebert, Myles Ebert, Ella Ebert, Oliver Deig, Sydney Deig, Mac Bailey, and Charlotte Bailey along with 5 great grandchildren. Norman also leaves behind his sister, Donna Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 21, 2026, at the Barrington Masonic Lodge #522, located at 312 S Cook St, Barrington, IL 60010. The event will begin at noon.
